As a Spirit of Women member, Stamford Hospital and the Fairfield County Chapter of the LINKS are proud to announce the 4th annual "Day of Dance" for cardiovascular health and wellness.
Day of Dance helps raise community awareness and motivates consumers to take action for a healthier heart. The event will include education on heart disease and prevention, cholesterol/glucose and blood pressure screenings, prominent physician speakers, music, dance demonstrations, instruction and much more!
