For the convenience of our patients, Stamford Hospital has medical laboratory draw stations at the Tully Center, the Darien Center and at Stamford Hospital.

Mon-Thur 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday 7 a.m.-4 p.m.

Stamford Hospital's Testing Center at Tully is located on the first floor of the Tully Health Center. The center gives blood tests and EKG's for pre-surgery candidates and for the general public. Children will be seen at the center. Pre-surgery testing is done at the medical laboratory by appointment, but you do not need to have an appointment to have routine blood lab work done. You can walk in.
The Testing Center has two blood draw rooms and the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. Test results are ready as soon as possible - many times on the same day and at the most the next day. Your information will be sent by our medical laboratory staff to your physician the next morning.
While at the center, you will be helped by our friendly and caring staff. Every time you use the center, you will be seen by the same practitioners and all of your information is input into Stamford Hospital's electronic medical records. Your health information will be readily available to your physician(s) or at any time that you need to use the services of the hospital.

The draw station in Admitting does not accept children. The Medical Laboratory Draw Station accepts adults, children and babies (until 4 p.m.), Monday through Friday.
