The new and convenient Stamford Hospital Vaccine Center offers the full range of recommended vaccines and immunizations.

Who can get a vaccine at the Stamford Hospital Vaccine Center?

  • Children over the age of ten requiring vaccinations for camp, school or before heading off to college
  • Adolescent girls and young women who need the HPV vaccine
  • Teachers, day care workers and others who require vaccination against whooping cough or other childhood illnesses in order to protect the children in their care
  • Adults who need boosters or vaccinations
  • Seniors, for whom several vaccinations are now routinely recommended
  • Vaccinations as required for international travel.

The Stamford Hospital Vaccine Center facility maintains a fresh inventory of all CDC recommended vaccinations and is staffed by a Registered Nurse, specially trained to deliver the appropriate vaccine dose correctly and with minimal discomfort. Our professional staff works with your doctor's office in coordinating immunization schedules, requirements and records, and other required paperwork. We'll provide you with all vaccination forms necessary for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. It's our goal to make it easy for you to stay healthy.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends adults receive vaccinations to prevent a host of illnesses once considered only childhood ailments, such as diphtheria, whooping cough, and chickenpox (shingles).
