Schwartz Center Rounds®

Stamford Hospital's new Schwartz Center Rounds® is a multidisciplinary forum where caregivers discuss difficult emotional and social issues that might arise in caring for patients. The Rounds offer many benefits, including improving communication among caregivers and between caregivers and patients.
